We are on telly!
Hammet House will be a lead feature in a new documentary on BBC 1 Wales ‘A Summer in Wales’, beginning on Monday 10th September @ 7.30pm!  Watch to check out life behind the scenes at the hotel as we journey through a busy Summer wedding season.  The series will air twice weekly throughout September.

Since his arrival
in August head chef Andy Beaumont has been busy cooking up a storm.  We launched a new style library bar menu at
the beginning of September, & have been getting used to some pretty
exciting dishes appearing on the evening house menu…pig’s head, purple cauliflower & half lobsters have all been
great successes so far, Autumn menus will be featuring truffles, lamb
sweetbreads & wild rabbit among many other delicacies!

Our new space ‘the
 in the conservatory is now
underway Summer – to feature squishy sofas, large flat screen, x-box for the kids
(& big kids), board games, magazines etc., to provide guests with another
chill-out space to enjoy.
The den will also be available for private
 for informal meetings &
small events.

ballroom refurbishment is taking
place throughout September Broadleaf timber will be supplying a
stunning multi-coloured parquet floor (first of it’s kind), which will be
combined with a cool palette of Farrow & Ball on the walls & our
trademark funky bits & pieces.
